CrowMark natively ingests standard procurement formats including .docx, .xlsx, .pdf, and .csv. Clean native digital files yield the highest extraction accuracy.

Once CrowMark processes uploaded documents, review the extracted items:
- Confirm all scored quality questions are captured with their specific word/character limits.
- Check that pass/fail mandatory qualification criteria are tagged appropriately.
- Verify that scoring scales (e.g. 0-5, 0-100) are mapped correctly.
For scanned PDF files, use the OCR validation mode to verify that tables, footnotes, and header numbers were parsed without character corruption.
