The grounded drafting engine
CrowMark generates draft responses by synthesizing buyer evaluation criteria with verified corporate facts from your Evidence Vault. Every factual claim is backed by inline citations.
Generation process
- Open the target requirement in the Drafting Studio.
- Verify the selected context documents in the evidence panel.
- Select your organisation's Tone Profile (e.g. Technical Formal, Commercial Crisp, Public Sector Partnership).
- Click Generate draft.
Evaluating and refining the draft
Apply the CAR Framework (Context, Action, Result) during editorial review:
- Context: Acknowledge the contracting authority's specific operational challenges and local priorities.
- Action: Explain the exact operational methodology, tooling, and governance you will deploy.
- Result: Quantify the positive outcome, citing historical contract metrics and verified case studies.
Never leave ungrounded assertions (e.g. "We are the leading provider..."). Replace broad assertions with quantified proof (e.g. "Over the past 24 months, our team delivered 99.8% SLA compliance across 14 local authority contracts...").
