Open Quick quote. Paste or describe the buyer's request, or upload the buyer's RFQ (PDF, DOCX or XLSX). A Quick RFQ price schedule is read without AI. Name the buyer, choose the currency and check the valid until date, which is 30 days from today unless you change it.
CrowMark keeps every quote on a bid, so you also give the sector, where the work is delivered, the expected value and the duration. These answers are yours and are never filled in for you.
Review and price
AI restates the scope only. It never writes a price, a rate or a term. Accept, change or remove each scope item, then enter a unit rate on each line, typed or taken from your rate card. Totals are shown per currency, with the VAT rate you enter. Amounts in different currencies are never added together or converted.
Cover note, terms and export
A cover note can be drafted from the scope you accepted. It never holds a number and is yours to edit. Attach one of your saved supplier quote terms or choose no terms, then download the quotation.
