Exporting submission packs (Word, PDF, Excel Matrix, Audit ZIP)

Export options

CrowMark allows you to export your tender work at any stage into standard buyer-ready file formats.

Available export formats

• Microsoft Word (.docx): Formatted narrative document including table of contents, question headers, word count counters, and embedded evidence tables.
• PDF Document (.pdf): Locked presentation copy ready for executive sign-off or direct upload to buyer procurement portals.
• Compliance Matrix (.xlsx / .csv): Full spreadsheet of all requirements, evaluation criteria, response owners, completion status, and evidence citations.
• Audit Trail Archive (.zip): Complete cryptographic archive containing all response versions, timestamped revision logs, and referenced evidence attachments.

Export procedure

1. Open your contract in CrowMark.
2. Verify that all mandatory requirements are marked Approved.
3. Click Export in the top action bar.
4. Select your target format and choose whether to append evidence appendices.
5. Click Generate Export to download the package.
