Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the CrowAgent platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you are using CrowAgent on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and CrowAgent Ltd (Company No. 17076461), Apex Plaza, Forbury Road, Reading RG1 6SP.

CrowAgent provides AI-powered compliance intelligence tools for property and procurement professionals, including:

• CrowAgent Core — MEES/EPC compliance monitoring, EPC lookups, and minimum energy efficiency guidance for residential and commercial property portfolios.
• CrowMark — PPN 002 Social Value scoring, AI-assisted narrative generation, and bid document production for public sector procurement.

We reserve the right to add, modify, or withdraw features with reasonable notice.

• Free trial: new accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you will be prompted to select a paid plan or your account will revert to the free tier with reduced limits.
• Auto-renewal: paid subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: you may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: we do not issue refunds for the current billing period. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact hello@crowagent.ai.
• Price changes: we will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price increase before it applies to your subscription.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the platform to third parties without purchasing an Agency tier subscription or a separate reseller agreement with CrowAgent.
• Submit false or fraudulent data, or use the platform to mislead any third party.
• Attempt to circumvent usage quotas, authentication, or rate limits by technical means.
• Use the platform in a way that violates any applicable law, regulation, or professional standard.

CrowAgent may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these provisions.

• The CrowAgent platform, branding, underlying software, and all related intellectual property are owned by CrowAgent Ltd. No licence to copy or distribute the software is granted.
• You retain full ownership of the data and content you submit to the platform.
• By using the platform, you grant CrowAgent a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely to deliver the service described in these Terms.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For B2B customers requiring a Data Processing Agreement under Article 28 UK GDPR, please contact hello@crowagent.ai.

• CrowAgent's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• CrowAgent shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
