- Can I subscribe to more than one product?
- Yes. Each product is a separate subscription on the same Stripe customer. You can have CrowMark and CrowCyber active at the same time, on different billing intervals if you like.
- What happens if I downgrade?
- Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period with no proration. You keep access to your current tier until the renewal date.
- Is annual really only 10% off?
- Yes - exactly 10%. We don't use bait pricing.
- Why doesn't the CrowMark Agency tier show a price?
- Agency deployments vary by seat count, bid volume and the amount of onboarding required, so we scope and quote them individually rather than publish a figure that would be wrong for most agencies. Every other tier on this page is self-serve at the price shown, with no setup fee and no minimum term.
- How is VAT handled?
- Tax is calculated automatically at checkout from your billing location, and business customers can enter a VAT ID there. The exact total, with any tax applied, is shown on the Stripe checkout page before you pay.
