Add a supplier
Go to Suppliers and use Add a supplier. Enter the supplier name and, for a UK company, the Companies House number. Check on Companies House confirms the number before you save. A number already in your directory is refused, so open the existing supplier instead.
Why the directory matters
An evaluation adds bids from this directory, so record each bidder here before you score. Awarded contracts are linked to the supplier, and the directory shows each supplier's contracts and delivery track record.

Open a supplier to see its record and the tabs used to manage the relationship after award: commitments, scorecards, concerns, risk, reviews and benefits. The guide on managing the contract covers each one.
