Contracts
An awarded evaluation creates its contract. To add one awarded elsewhere, use Record a contract on Contracts, or Start from the signed contract: we read the title, value and dates it states and you decide what goes into the form.
The supplier's tabs
Open the supplier from Suppliers to manage the relationship:
- Commitments. Every promise from the supplier's winning bids. Confirm each one to add it to the ledger the supplier is measured against. KPIs and commitments can also be read from the signed contract, as proposals for you to confirm.
- Scorecards. Score the supplier for each period and choose which scorecards are released to them.
- Concerns. Concerns raised, the corrective action plans put in place, and commendations.
- Risk. What the platform has worked out from its own records, and what your team has flagged, kept apart.
- Reviews. Monthly and quarterly review sessions, with their packs, sealed minutes and signatures.
- Benefits. Savings and other value claimed against the supplier, and what finance has signed off.
