Local priorities
The second step lists the local priorities recorded in your CrowMark Buyer settings. Select the ones this contract should advance. With none recorded you can continue and add them later.
Social value measures
The third step offers measures from the social value measure library. When you open it, AI suggests measures for this contract. The suggestion is advisory: check each measure fits before you keep it, or run the suggestion again, or pick measures yourself if AI is unavailable.
The rail shows an estimated social value for the measures you chose. It is calculated from quantities fixed by the contract's value band, so set the value band first.
When measures are required
For a public buyer at least one measure must be chosen before you can continue. For a private buyer measures are optional, because no procurement rule asks a private company for them.
