Audit trail overview

CrowAgent maintains an immutable log of organisation activities to support compliance, ISO 27001 certifications, and procurement audit requirements.

What gets recorded

• Authentication: Logins, MFA verifications, password resets and session terminations.
• User management: Member invitations, role changes, and removals.
• Bid activities: Tender workspace creation, requirement modifications, and answer approvals.
• Evidence vault: Document uploads, version updates, metadata edits, and deletions.
• Data exports: Who requested an export, export format, and timestamp.

Viewing and exporting logs

1. Navigate to Settings > Audit Log (available to Owners and Admins).
2. Filter by date range, user, action category or severity level.
3. Select Export CSV to generate a verifiable record for compliance teams.
