AI credits explained
One AI credit corresponds to one full generation of an answer narrative. Compliance matrix parsing, TOMs scoring calculations, document viewing, and standard exports do not consume AI credits.
Subscription management
Account owners can upgrade plans or add seats anytime via Settings > Billing with instant activation.
One control on that page opens the Stripe billing portal: Manage billing, at the top right. Payment method, billing address, tax IDs and the full invoice history are all there. Invoices are also reachable from the Invoices row in the settings menu, which opens the same portal.
