Quick start: set up CrowAgent for your first tender

This quick-start guide is for bid managers, commercial directors, and procurement specialists getting started with CrowAgent. Follow these sequential steps to ensure your organisation facts, evidence citations, and AI drafting profiles are configured for real procurement work.

Step 1: Configure your organisation profile

1. Navigate to Settings > Organisation.
2. Confirm your registered legal name, Companies House number, trading name, and primary domain.
3. Specify your operational sectors (e.g. Facilities Management, Construction, IT Services) and UK regional coverage.
4. Click Save profile. CrowMark embeds these facts into answer contexts to avoid hallucinated company parameters.

Step 2: Seed the Evidence Vault

Upload foundational corporate proof documents evaluators look for in standard selection questionnaires (SQ) and qualitative envelopes:

• Certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus.
• Insurance: Employer Liability (£10m), Public Liability (£5m), Professional Indemnity.
• Mandatory Policies: Modern Slavery Statement, Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity, Whistleblowing.
• Carbon Reduction Plan (PPN 006): Baseline emissions and annual reduction targets.

Do not upload outdated or unapproved drafts. Evaluators verify expiry dates and policy signatories during standstill checks.

Step 3: Choose your workspace

• CrowMark: Supplier-side tender workspaces for parsing ITTs, extracting compliance matrices, mapping TOMs social value, and drafting cited responses.
• CrowMark Buyer: Buyer-side workspace for evaluating submitted supplier packs, applying scoring rubrics, and running moderation sessions.
• Settings: Central administration for team seats, RBAC roles, audit logs, and Stripe billing.
